We hope you love your Óblako pieces. If not, you may return your order under the conditions below.
In accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the items back.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Bedding must be originally folded
- Bags must show no signs of wear
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, where possible
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or washed bedding
To initiate a return, please email us at hi@oblakobedding.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We will provide you with return instructions.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns
